My self akash Singhal, i have booked my flight tickets through flipkart travel from New delhi to port blair for 5th December and booking was done in october, due to covid-19 my flight was canceled by airline and they have refunded the amount to flipkart after the cancelation in November itself. Now even after a month of getting refund flipkart travel has not refunded my amount, after having conversation with their support team i was advised to wait for 15 days so that they can cancel the flights from their end as a part of process, now even after a month of this incident my flight tickets has not been canceled yet on flipkart application, for that i have wrote mail to flipkart multiple times but nothing happened and had conversation with their support team every time i call i have been advised to wait for 24-48 hours so that they can escalate my issur to their concerned department this has happened more than 8 times in last one month, neither i am getting any kind of response even after waiting for 24-48 hours nor my issue is getting solved.
