I Booked my too and fro tickets from Raipur to Delhi on 2nd Nov 2020. My tickets got cancelled due to fare expiration as said by Travolook. Also they drop me a mail that they will refund my Rs.7059 in my account within 15-20 working days.  I have to wait till 2nd Dec 2020 and when i call them about the status of my refunded. They started lying. They told me that they initiate my refund but my bank reverse my amount in their account. They again told me to wait till 7-10 working days till 16 Dec 2020. Today i call them about the same, now they are telling that we are raising your complaint wait for some more 7-10 working days. This company travolook is a FRAUD. They are BIG SCAMMER in the  market. First they cancel the tickets then they make interest from the same amount by holding it as more as possible. There five star ratings are either paid off or from their employees only. Please help me out. Many others like me facing the same from this company.
