Dear sir/mam,

This is to inform you that I have paid an admission fee of amount 10,000 to this University (srm University) , and now they have declined my admission as I am not eligible for the course, the thing is it’s fine that they have rejected me for taking the course but it’s been more than a week that I am trying to reach out to them and they are not reverting back to me also they have refunded my money back , I have paid 10,000 for admission fee and 500 for the registration but still haven’t received my refund also they are not responding to my emails.
