Hi , I booked a flight from Chennai to Manglore on 4th Oct 21 and immediately after 10 minutes I received a mail and a call saying that the flight is cancelled as the fare was unavailable. And the amount will be refunded within 7-8 business days. However it’s been more than one and a half month now .. and I’ve still not received any refund instead every time I call them they respond in same way saying that money will be refunded within 7-8 business days.
