I’ve been calling ajio customer care for 4 or 5 times. The matter isn’t solved yet. I returned a product on 6th September . The item is a footwear and the name is : ( Marc Lorie strappy wedges with buckle closure. ) ( White coloured one)
I still didn’t got a refund for it.
The return id is : RT45020084
I clearly mentioned the matter in return request that i ordered the marc lorie footwear instead i received another footwear in another brand. Thats why i returned it . Till yesterday in ajio app the status was written as ‘ Return pickup done’ . But yesterday it got changed to ‘delivery done’. I don’t understand why you people are scamming us. I have returned the item and i have proof for that . I will attach the proof below.
