On 26 Jan 2019 I have done prepaid unlimited data pack recharge of 499 rupees to my mobile number 8898354698 by using debit card with reference no 902703634967 on Airtel app but recharge was unsuccessful and amount is deducted from my account. Airtel said when recharge is unsuccessful amount is automatically reverse in bank account in 9-11 days but till now no amount is credited in my account. I drafted many mails in last 20 days but nothing was happened and refund is not processed.
