I cancelled my order feom jiomart on 2 october 2022 before it being dispatched..i got a message that I will get my refund before 7 working days but it’s already been 12 days and I have still not received my refund…i tried every way to contact the authourties concerned but in vain…i had sent dozens of emails raised several complaints on the app but still it’s of no use…they don’t have any customer care service there’s no way you can contact them..
