I booked the ticket on 10 Feb 2022 and after paying the amount it was cancelled everyday they say it will be refunded but still not got when the day came they say it failed due to technical issue and the same process continues again and again and from 1 may they started to tell it is being processed and when I call they say it failed. They are a big fraud. Please help me in getting my refund. I booked the ticket from Lucknow to Pune. Ref no 140667125. And when I am asking for transaction details they send the same mail again and again of time 72 hours more time and they didn’t even provide that information.
