I have order Puma buzz shoes through Flipkart co. …. I rec’d the shoes and paid them in cash 1000/- .
Since it was not comfortable… I returned the shoes back to Flipkart … Same day person from Flipkart came for pick up…. It was approved by Flipkart tht return product is ok and u will receive refund…. As it was COD. They ask me refund mode… Either on Flipkart account or bank account…. I had given them my bank account details…. On 8 th April I rec’d msg from Flipkart tht the transaction is failed …. I immediately called the co. NXT day…tht I rec’d such type of msg… They said seller will try agn don’t worry u will be getting till 12 th April ….. When still I didn’t receive… I called them …they said it’s already been returned to your account….when I checked…it’s. Not my saving account…. The IFSC code is correct but account no. Is different….i ask them to check…. But they are telling tht this account no. Is provided by u only…. Why I will give wrong account no. … I have only one account with tht bank ….. I even requested the Flipkart co. Tht provide me full account no where u have credited…so tht I can ask the bank also…. .check it’s not my account….they are not entertaining…. Send me screenshot of the details tht I have given this account no. …. This is just fraud and cheating….. I am telling them agn and agn tht I rec’d transaction failure msg from Flipkart….. Check tht amt must be returned back to ur seller….. Seller name is BHUMIKA highstreet pvt ltd…. Bhiwandi…..
