I have made advance payment of Rs.1,000 on 31st Jan 2025 for getting Jio Airfiber connection. Mr Srikant (9364103216) approached me to do the advance payment for the connection, till now I did not get the connection or refund, I am trying to connect with jio customer care, they are not responding properly
