I, PRAVEEN VARMA, have enrolled my ward NAMBURI RITHVIK VARMA with Whitehat Education Technology Private Limited (“Company”) on 17/07/2022 having enrolment ID S17072203465994615 for availing INTERMEDIATE (“Course”) through the platform ‘Whitehat Jr.’ available at https://www.whitehatjr.com/ and the associated application for mobile phones (“Platform”). I have subscribed to the Course by availing a loan amounting to INR 72,000 (“Loan”) in accordance with the terms of the loan agreement executed between ShopSe (“Lender”) and I (“Loan Agreement”).
I raised request for cancellation of the subscription with email dated 13/09/2023 requesting for cancellation of the Course from the Company (“Letter”) because the student has no time for the course. Pursuant to my Letter regarding cancellation of the Course, the Company has agreed to terminate my subscription to the Course availed by me
Then they created Case # 04208346
Initially company promised to refund last year for the below dates and followed with chat support 20 times and sent around 30 mails on my refund amount.
Initially you were supposed to Refund my amount in Sep month 2023.
But later you send mail on 3rd Oct 2023 that ‘Will receive a refund in 25 working days. i.e. 1st Nov 2023
Later Date postponed to 30 Dec 2023
Later Date Postponed to 15 Jan 2024
Again changed to new date 30 Jan 2024.
I have been keep sending mails to support team on my refund amount as promised, but no response till today i.e. 6th Sep 2024.
