Dear Team,
I have booked ticket with ‘travolook.in’ site on 19th July’22 which got cancelled from Travolook itself, but my refund is still not credited to my account till today, 19th Aug’22. I also had word with the customer care executive from July end and dropped mail @ “support@travolook.in” “nodal@travolook.in” & “dishant@travolook.in” on 31st July to which I have been asked that in 7-10 working days I shall get refund. I have waited till now but there is no refund credited to my account. After that several times I have conversation with customer care executive, but no results. Every time they commit some dates but refund not initiated. For me the committed dates are initially 7-10 working days from 19 th julu 22, after that 8 th & 11 th august 22, 15 th august 22 & latest by 18 th August 22. From 4 th august not been able send any mail to any of above ID’s mentioned above, mail bounce back citing “address not found”.
This seems to me a fraudulent activity and as checked online got to know that there previous incidences of the similar nature done by this company.
Request to take some action to get my refund asap.
