Dear Team,
I have booked ticket with ‘travolook.in’ site on 19th July’22 which got cancelled but my refund is still not credited to my account till today, 13th Aug’22. I also had word with the customer care executive in July end and dropped mail @ “support@travolook.in” on 1st Aug to which I have been asked that in 10 working days I shall get refund. I have waited till now but there is no refund credited to my account. Today I tried to revert back on the same mail but I received mail back that ” address not found “. Then I called on their customer support number, 01246434800 where a lady attendent old me to further wait till wednesday i.e. 17th Aug for the refund.
This seems to me a fraudulent activity and as checked online got to know that there previous incidences of the similar nature done by this company.
Request to take some strict action against the people playing with public money and making mockery of the system.
