I am just got fed up with this pathetic service provided by the travolook. Booked ticket on 13th November 2021 and received a mail that my ticket has been cancelled due to operational reason and informed that amount would be refunded in about 10-15 working days and it is more than 3 months till date I have not received my refund. I had raised complaint with Travolook viz REF488843614. Also called customer care 100 times service is so pathetic every time providing wrong information by the executive and also they are so mannerless without information cut my call and not receiving reply through mail and somehow they reply also but is all computer generated .I really got fed up want to escalate this issue at the high level and saying that amount is not been refunded due to server issue from bank’s side so requesting me to get this amount in wallet but I do not want to get this money into wallet. I do not trust this app anymore.
