I have booked a domestic flight ticket for my wife and son in Spicejet airlines on 3rd March, 2020 from Delhi to Dehradun. Due to upsurge of covid 19 lockdown spicejet cancel the total booking from their side and I applied for refund of money.
Details of the journey is given below and the necessary document is attached herewith.

The airlines didn’t refund me but misguiding me stating different things in different time. Sometime mailed me stating refund initiated, sometime credit shell, sometimes already refunded and so on.
19th Jan 2021:
I applied for refund and they generated case id, 06386969 but no response.
Meanwhile I send multiple e mail but all time they generated autoreply.
1st Aug, 2021, again applied
7th Oct, 2021 they send mail “Refund under process” but status showed refunded already.
20th Oct Applied again but till now they didn’t refund the money.
Last update it is in their credit shell.
Therefore, my earnest request to you that look into the matter urgently and please resolve it.
