Text of Complaint by Aparna Agrawal:

Dear Sir , This is to inform you that i had taken Jio 30 days trail offer on 10th June 2022 and on 4th July 2022 , i surrendered the connection after that , i did multiple followups with Jio Fiber team to collect the device but no one turned up and after that finally, someone came from JioFiber and collected the device on 13th Aug 2022. now , JioFiber team is saying they wont refund me INR 1000 agains the installation charges as device pickup happened after 60 days from the 10th June 2023 when i took the connection. device pickup was not in my hand , it was to be done by JioFiber team as i can not throw the device in the garbage if no one came to collect it with in 60 days. my mobile number and Jio Landline number are as follows
