Text of Complaint by Ashish Kashkari:

I have surrendered my jiofiber connection order I’d NO0000IDU5CW and device was picked up on 14.09.2021.The rent was paid for 6 months in advance at the time of booking.I have sent more than 20 emails to jiofibercare@jio.com, numerous tweets on their official handle,they are just delaying refund.Everytime a new timeline is given.This is unprofessional and mental harassment.Kindly take them to task,you can check their twitter handle to see the number of complaints against them for non refund.They are highly complacent and non responsive
