Maine 12jan ko apna ticket book kiya tha or 14 jan ko cancle kiya, 15ko refund aaya IRCTC se but mera jo account hai fampay wahi se abhi tak refund nahi aaya jabki mai 1month se fampay ko mail kar rahi huu or fampay ya bol raha hai ki mera pass koj refund nhi aaya hai or chargeback karna hoga bank se or ya bhi sath mai ki fampay chargeback nhi karta hai Jabki irctc ne refund kab ka kar diya Fampay bank -Idfc bank ke andar aata hai Please meri problem solved kijiye
