I have to mail fampay but fampay told me chargeback to bank .
Irctc ne transaction refund de diya hai lakin phir vv fampay ya mail karte hai ki koi transaction refund nhi aaya hai jabki irctc se mail kiya with transaction refund ka screenshot la kar ke.
Or fampay ya bhi bol rhe hai fampay chargeback nhi karta hai or app bank ko bole.
Mera account fampay mai hai or hm fampay se paisa pay kiya hai or irctc se refund vv fampay accout per kiya.
