I have purchased ACT fibernet plan for 6 month by paying 3887 INR. But on same day of purchase disconnection occures and no one even pick the call. Customer care responded on next day, even a person by through i purchased plan didn’t even pick the call even call him 7 times. So finally i disconnect on 3rd day and email For REFUND, but they are not paying me REFUND, so going to lodge complaint to consumer forum.
