I booked two way tickets from Chandigarh to Goa and return and the flights were cancelled due to lockdown, initially my airlines, Indigo airlines changed the dates with some amount refunded as difference in fare to MakeMyTrip but later had to cancel those flights also because of the lockdown and converted the remaining amount into credit shell for future booking valid up to 31st March, 2021. In November, as per the govt of India ruling, the airlines refunded the remaining amount into MakeMyTrip account. I got a mail regarding refund of the balance amount, but make MakeMyTrip has closed all helpline numbers for domestic customers and accept no emails stating that they have stopped reading emails. My PNR numbers are from Chandigarh to Goa: FWIKHH Goa to Chandigarh: CKM5XT

Amount already refunded by Indigo airlines is 17484 and 19096 respectively. MakeMyTrip is now holding my refunded money in their account and don’t listen to me anymore. I am planning to file an FIR under criminal act of doing fraud with its customers and another consumer case in consumer court to get justice and teach these crooks a lesson for future.
