I booked a ticket form thier website on 22 feb 2021 after proceeding for payment and submitting Rs8449 under reference number REF102733482 however soon after submitting my payment i couldn’t receive any booking details from any side after trying them to contact with them they finally forwarded me cancellation email next day in which my booking was cancelled and they even called me and said we have initiated our refund proceeding and you will receive ur refund in next 10 to 15 days. But it has b 15 days already now but didn’t received my refund back plz help me out..!
