I tried to book a flight ticket from Chennai to Delhi for June 12th and the transaction got failed two times and a total amount of around 14000rs was deducted from my account. I have sent lots of emails and calls to customer care for a refund. they asked me to fill in the details in one link and that is also I have done. but as of now (today is 3rd Oct) it is almost 4 months and still, I didn’t get the refund. My ticket number is 10141772. So kindly don’t book the flight or don’t take any service from spice jet.
