I purchased a watch which was defective I returned, Flipkart did not refund the money instead they offered gift card , I complaint thrice stating I am unable to add gift card while checking out there is no option of adding the card or to check box that gift card regardless of Flipkart website or Flipkart app itself, Noone is helping me. Asked customer service representative to cancel gift card & initiate refund to my account they didn’t help instead disconnected call.Being middle class a single penny also matters my per day income is 200 and they are not refunding my money Rs.204
