I have ordered a steam iron from Amazon. Which costs around Rs.1999/- I lodged a return of this item since it came with improper packaging and I gave amount in cash to the delivery boy. He updated some wrong status regarding this delivery that I have refused this item and item need to be collected from customer. Now, I am following up with amazon customer care from last 10 days…Everytime they are annoying me by giving wrong reasons..I have a record of chats with there customer care for last 10 days. Pls. punish this cheaters.
