I had purchased bluestar of which was a used product delivered by amazon so I returned it. From 23rd September amazon has been telling me that refund has been initiated but even today it has not been credited every day iam on the calls and they disconnect the call or make me wait for 32 mins and then disconnect the call. The resolution to my complaint is to wait for 48 hours 72 hours and no assurance regarding my refund.
