My Booking Details are as under
Booking Reference Number – REF994822508 and REF365016799
Name – Dilip Kothari & Aarti Kothari (my wife)
Booking Date – Both booked on 15th Sep 2021
Flight Detail- Indigo 6E-585 for Tue 21.9.2021 09.00 am from Banglore to Udaipur
Amount – Rs. 5308 + 5288 = 10596/-
Booking Cancel Ref No – REF994822508 & REF365016799
Immediately after deduction of this amount from my account I got message that you have to wait for 30 min for confirmation from Indigo. After few time I got call from Taveolook customer care that you Booking is being cancelled and they have sent me cancellation vouchers and told me that your amount will be refunded within 7 days.
This incident happened on 15 Sep 2021. After that I called them many times and also emailed them many times that why you have still not refunded the amount the customer case person always reply that sir their is an issue with our merchant this time you will definitely get the refund. Its almost two months now and I am still waiting. Today I checked that its website https://www.travolook.in/ is also down and is not working and email which I sent today also get bounce back.
I am very upset what will happen to my amount. Please help
