I’ve purchased products worth 12000 approx with amazon and it was damaged while got the delivery.
While returning another different product was return in place of the damaged product that was supposed to be returned.
Now I’m following up since 2 months with amazon but I’m not getting a satisfactory response.
Please do the needful asap.
