I booked flight tickets for my parents from New Delhi to New York for May 20, 2020 bearing eticket number 0982133223861. Covid affected the travel plans and we were assured by Air India that they will allow changes/ cancellations without any penalties or extra charge. I called the call center to cancel the tickets in December and I was asked to send a mail. Since December 9, 2020, I have sent numerous mails and have called multiple times, and there is no update on my refund. Each time I call, I am assured that the refund will be processed, and have been given different time lines ranging from 3 days to 6 weeks. It has been over 7 months, and even after raising the matter to AirSewa and escalating to the CEO, there has been ZERO update from their side. I have run out of patience and I do not know what else to do. I am seeking a refund of the tickets I booked. Thank you!
