HI,
At first I had ordered one philips bluetooth speaker order id- 40883622851978742 on 22nd May for which the inner box was tampered and also the speaker is malfunctioning and not working properly for which i raised a replacement which is till date not being done by amazon. The status of the above mentioned order is still being shown as returning to seller on the amazon application. I have contacted customer care multiple times to rectify this and arrange a return pickup which has not been done. Its been 20 days.
Secondly i have ordered same product again with a hope of receiving a good one. Order id- 40577322797668328 on 27th May. But after the service i got for the first order i didn’t want to go through the same pain again and hence cancelled the product. But for that too i am still seeing it as returning to seller. It’s been 10 days.
My Rs 5000 is stuck in these 2 orders from past 20 days and it’s not getting resolved at all. I have contacted customer care multiple times the issue have been escalated but nothing seems to be happening.
A ticket has been raised stating the same again and again. Ticket – 0572029188.
Could you please help in taking this matter further and resolving it.
