Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked a ticket from travel look from Delhi to Mumbai on 17.06.2021 with booking reference no REF544381510. However, booking got cancelled due to technical issues as conveyed by from travel agency site as called- “Travel look” and money have been deduction from my account. Since then I am waiting for my refund of Rs. 10370/- which is still pending with the Travel Agent (Travel look). Last month you were assuring me that the refund will get within a week but the money has not yet been credited to my account. Till today they have not been refunded my money back. Every time I called the customer service they make excuse. Please look into this matter and help me out in getting my money back.
