I have purchased Bata shoes from flipxart. They have sent duplicate product, when asked for refund, they are just sharing references no. and saying it has been processed, but no any payment received till time.
They are sending this message “₹989.0 has been refunded to your UPI linked bank account on Apr 14 For any questions, please contact your bank with reference number 310310005355.”
Kindly check and help me to get my refund.
