My ref.id is -656573585, I had booked ticket for Rs.6297 on dated 20 Dec 2021 ,same cancelled without any reason by the travolook and informed the same through mail. Since than I am chasing payment refund but not yet received. Customer support is helpless they suggest to wait for 5 to 7 days each time when I connect them, even they does not reply on mail ,now it 4 month lapsed but no sign of payment refund.
