Hi,
I, Hari Singh booked a round trip flight ticket from chandigarh to visakhapatnam on travolook website with my debit card number 4592-0001-9583-9036. An amount of rupees 11515, ( SBI transaction Id 227529298 ) got deducted and a few minutes later I received a mail that the booking was cancelled. I contacted the customer service of travolook and I was told the amount will be reflected in 72 hours in my account. After waiting for 72 hours I again called the customer service and was told the refund will be initiated in 15 days. After waiting for 15 days now they have been saying the amount was cancelled from the merchant and I need to wait for 15 more days. Yesterday I received a call that the merchant cancelled again today so provide us with a upi id so the transaction the be made. I hereby request you to please help me with the refund as soon as possible.

You should raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
