I booked the air ticket from Delhi to Rome via Travelgenio website with booking no-19313700. Unfortunately, I have to cancel my ticket due to medical reasons. I have uploaded the medical notes with prescription. All the information is provided in the medical notes but the Travelgenio refund team asked for a particular format only. It is evident that I have all the necessary information prescribed by the doctor which prohibits me from traveling. Due to some silly formatting reasons, the company refuses me to pay the due refund. Please look into this matter so that I may get the eligible refund. Air ticket is uploaded.
