Hi,
I done a booking with the person name Nirav Mistry who owns a company called Seven Rainbows1. I had asked for a bungalow in Lonavala for 25th June .He showed me a couple of those and I chose a bungalow which he was booking it from Airbnb and the host name of Mitasha where he offered me the deal for 11600 for the stay and 4500 for the food .I asked him to do the booking and he told me he has done a credit card payment and the booking is done which was on the 14th june 2022 on whattapp however he didnot send me any receipt or confirmation mail. But on whattsapp he told me booking is done so I made a payment of 11600k on 16/06/2022 in the account name of Payal MAkhwana who he introduced as his manager handling his Gujarat branch and it was personal account where any transaction done below 1Lakh are done here so i also transferred it.Later he told me that credit card payment has gone on hold and it will take 5-7 days for the payment to reflect either to the host or he will get it back and on 21st june 22 he told me payment is bounced and the host has given the bungalow to someone else.So then he gave me another property and told the property is booked on the 22nd june 22 and when i asked the number for the host he didnot share and said shall share the care takers number when he comes in the network as there is low connectivity but till the 24th june 22 19:00hrs there was no call from the care take and then i received a call from someone name Akram Oza seeking he is a care taker and he shall come and pick us up from Narayani Dham when we reach his number – 8511023282 .I spoke to him and he told the same thing.Later on the 25th when we reached the Express mall on the Mumbai – Pune Highway he calls at 12:00 and tells the propery is cancelled as there were host still staying and she has given the property to someone else and he gave us another property from Booking .com .But since we could’nt locate the propery we had to cancel the same and asked for the refund which he is not done till date telling me he shall do it today ,tommorrow and it is almost more than a month now .His number is – 9082232626 and he claims he has an office in Thane in Wagle Estate.Office address for Thane is 7Rainbows Hospitality, 601 6th floor, Primus Business Park, Plot-195, Road no. 16 A, Wagle Estate, Thane (west), Mumbai 400604.Other number used by his Manager Payal Makhwana is – 7506241213.
