Iam Vigan Dias, regular online customer for club factory. In October 21 2018, I received my 3 products through Club factory. Which were waste, dirty, poor quality material used . So I soon raised refund and the courier boy collected those 3 products on 22nd of October 2018. After 1month I received refund of 1 product. Which was not a correct amount. But I ignored it and waited for other 2 refunds. It’s been 3 months. I call customer care executive but they say they will do refund after 3-5 days… And iam been fooled everytime.my pending order nos. SO54470757 tracking no.968823638.
