I have purchased a product called Gala microfiber duster and paid an amount of INR 150 which i have requested for return and it has been picked up by Amazon agent on 2nd June 2021 but my amount has not yet refunded by Amazon since two weeks now. Everytime i called to customer care first they asked me to wait for 7 working business days and then 5 working business days and yesterday they asked me to wait until tomorrow but the issue has not been resolved till now.
