- I have paid for Airtel broadband service a week ago. They promised to get back soon, but haven’t. I paid my bill on 6th of April 2020 and representative called me on 8th saying connection is not feasible in my area, hence my amount will be refunded. It is 15th April 2020 still my amount isn’t refunded and the guy who got my connection booked is irresponsible and acts smart that he does everything but doesn’t reply my call and turns off his mobile. I’m mentally frustrated now since I paid for connection as I got Work from home and now I’m struggling to get my own money begging airtel.
