Sirs, I had booked a flight ticket on 7th March 2021 through Flipkart travel vide Booking ID FF21030713584275 which was cancelled by the airlines and refunded the applicable amount to the agent i.e. Flipkart travel on May 24th itself. However, the amount is not yet refunded to my account. The officials from Flipkart had contacted for asking alternate bank account details and the same was provided by me one and a half months back. Further, I have been contacting Customer support regularly for the last one and a half months, but, they are unable to give me a suitable solution. One of the CS representatives called me on 24th June and confirmed the bank account details and he assured me that the refund will be done within 24 to 48 hours. But, to date, no such fund is transferred to my account number. Every time when I calling the CS they just forwarding to their concerned senior and he/she has assured me that the refund will be done within 24 to 48 hours. I couldn’t understand why every time they give this time period. I also got many emails apologizing for the delay and assuring that the payment will be transferred to the account. Copies of emails I received are attached. Such assurance I got by Flipkart Travel for June 25, July 02, July 04, July 05, and for July 07. But no positive response regarding a refund is yet done. Please look into the matter.
