I have made the payment on 21st December for an amount of 455 Rupees and have not received the recharge. The money has been deducted from my account and no recharge has been incomplete.
I did an other recharge on 23rd December and it was successful.
I have not received the refund for the one I made on 21st December and back then when I called your customer care they told it will be processed in 7 business days and it still not completed.
