Dear Sir,
I made Electricity Bill Payment through the PhonePe app of Rs. 4800. on 6th May 2022,
due to some technical error of the PhonePe app, the payment failed but was debited from my bank account. Then after I complained PhonePe help desk they told me to complain to the bank. But When I complained to the bank they told me PhonePe app had received the money and they can only do the refund. But the App has to tell me a different story that the bank can only do the refund. My money is blocked. I am attaching a payment screenshot. Please look into this matter.
