Dear sir,

I opted for tatasky during their promotional offer, Try and Buy. for which i gave 2500 rs charges.

Within 2 days i requested them to remove the same and asked for the refund.

Upon which they said we will remove the box at the end of trial month and the amount will be refund to you.

its been six month after the submission of the tata sky settop box, still there has been no refund credited to me. when i tried approaching their call center they asked me to drop mails.

On the call they said we have initiated the cheque in january (without giving me the details for the courier or to whom they have given the cheque).

There is no resolution from TATA Sky kindly support.
