Hi this is Ashok Lanke and my registered dhani mobile number is: 814345…..
my registered dhani mail id is: lankeashok…@gmail.com
i am trying to pay emi of 4000/- from phonepay on 03-02-2022. but the amount is deducted from my bank account is :18248/-.
This is happening due to technical issue of Phone pay. I already talk to the customer care of phone pay.they told me please ask company of which u made transaction to them. They will refund your amount.
Every time I called a customer care number of indiabulls dhani they told me “u will get refund within 2 working days. And the amount will be credited to your bank account of which u made transaction”.
It’s been 3 weeks.
Till now i didn’t get any amount refund into my bank account.
I also shared all details to their customer care email id of indiabulls dhani . But they sent me a email like ” u will get refund within 2 working days”. But no amount is reflected in to my bank account till now it’s been already 3weeks.
please help me refund the money immediately i.e 14248/- to my bank account.
