Dear Sir/Madam,
I cancelled the above-mentioned order on 22.10.2020 due to the delay in the delivery. But the amount I paid not refunded to my bank account yet. I contacted the customer care several times related to my refund. The given me a RRN No-202852786630 and asked me to contact the bank customer care or bank. I visited my SBI branch with this RRN no, the bank staffs were helpless to trace with this RRN No. I informed the customer care again and communicated this. Bust till the readable amount is not credited to my account. Please do the needful to refund.
