I order purple mahotsav saree of Rs.1499/- on 22 oct 2022. I paid online payment for that. I cancel the saree same day.but I didn’t get refund in my account till today. I spokevwith amazon customer care they told me we initiated your refund on 24 oct. This is your bank problem.you go to visit your vidyavihar branch, and they resolve your problem.31 oct 2022 I visit the vidyavihar sbi bank,and I told him my problem. They told me we are helpless.you register your complaint to amazon app
