Goibibo processed a refund of Rs 7759/- on 05.12.2021 with RRN no. 14344375346 to my STATE BANK OF INDIA Account No. 31036426357. But SBI has not received any such amount. Despite my visit to local branch bank and filing complaint against SBI the only reply I received is that Goibibo has not processed the refund. Kindly help.
