My Air India Express Booking Receipt Ref : UKPNNG

Not refunded my money since 1 year 7 month.
I contacted to air india express they also give detail for amount refunded to Paytm.But amount not credited in my account.
I’m contacting to Paytm care they also give time for 15 days but I’m waiting last 2 months there are no progress.
unfortunately not yet credited to original mode of payments.
