On 23/12/2022 i booked a flight from Varafi.com for Kolkata to Delhi on 28/01/2023.On 27/01/2023 with any prior information i received a mail from Varafi stating that the booking has been abandoned and the booking amount will be credited to my original source of payment by 5 business days.Till then almost 20 days has passed and the amount has not been refunded.Everytime i call the customer care executive they are telling the same thing that my query is in process and they need 5 more business days more.Please take proper action against the same.Being a traveller the amount of harassment i faced is not desired.As rebooking my flight to delhi for 28/01/2023 on 27th January 2023 cost me additional Rs 2000 more that the amount i booked in Varafi.com.
