I have booked 6 tickets from travolook website and all six of them got cancelled and refund for the same is still not credited to my source account. Booking was done on 1st March 2022 and till date they are not responding on the mail. On call customer support team says that they have iniated the amount and same will reflect in 5-7 working days but till date not a single penny is refunded by them
